Challenger Financial Services Group (“Challenger”) is an Australian Stock Exchange listed (ticker: CGF), diversified financial services organization dedicated to providing smarter solutions to financial intermediaries and their clients through offering a broad spectrum of financial products and services (www.challenger.com.au).  Challenger, through a wholly owned subsidiary Challenger SCR LLP Member Limited, is a significant minority owner of SCR with one of the three seats on SCR’s Steering Committee and is allocated 1/3 of the voting rights.  On an arm’s length basis SCR contracts with Challenger for the provision of administrative services and Challenger may contract with SCR for the provision of research.
